Mike Kras of the Beursfoon Rockstar Suzuki team has won the Zwarte Cross in Lichtenvoorde. In front of 162.000 spectators he was the most consistent rider over the weekend.

In this years edition riders like Steve Ramon (two time World Champion) and Marc de Reuver (Grand Prix winner) were participating in the event so a strong field of riders went out on Friday for their practice session. Mike is in great shape at the moment and after his win in the EMX2 class in Finland he was determined to do well in the Zwarte Cross as well. Mike started the weekend with the second fastest time in qualifying on Friday.

Mike had to ride four motos over the weekend. Mike and his Suzuki are a perfect match for taking good starts. In all four motos he took a good start and he managed to win two of the four motos. In the other two races he crossed the finish line in second and third position which was enough to win the event.

Next weekend Mike will participate in the EMX2 race in Loket in the Czech Republic.
