The circuit in Harfsen was well prepared and the Beursfoon Rockstar Suzuki riders were motivated to do well. Mike found himself at home on the track and set the second fastest time in practice. Micha Boy had some bad luck in practice. He made a big crash and injured his neck. Despite this crash he jumped back on the bike and finally set the eight fastest time.

In the first moto Mike took a good start and came out of the first corner in fourth position. In the beginning of the race he dropped back to fifth position for a moment but this wasn’t for long because soon after he moved up to fourth position again. Unfortunately Mike got some arm pump and made a big crash because of this. He dropped back to twelfth position. It took him some time to find his rhythm again but in the second part of the race things started to go better and he finally finished the race in ninth position. Micha Boy took a good start as well and came out of the first corner in sixth position. He found his rhythm straight away and worked himself up to fourth position. He held on to this position for a long time but with still ten minutes to go he got a lot of pain in his neck. He had to lower the pace a little bit and this cost him a position to Jake Nicholls. Micha Boy stayed calm and finished the race in fifth position.

In the second part of the race he took no unnecessary risks anymore and finished the moto in second position. Micha Boy took a poor start in the second moto and started the race around twentieth position. During the first lap he passed a lot of riders and worked himself up to eleventh position. From there he started charged back to sixth position. Unfortunately he crashed in the middle of the race and dropped back to tenth position. In the rest of the race Micha Boy was doing a great job and worked his way back up to eight position.
